Job Title: Tele calling executive

Location:Valanchery, Malappuram

Age limit : 20 to 30 years

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)

Location: valanchery, malappuram

Time: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Salary: 10,000 -15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will

be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and promoting our courses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential students

2. Explain the services/courses offered by the institute

3. Maintain records of calls and follow-ups

4. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information

5. Handle CRM & whatspp chats.

6. Follow communication scripts and handle calls professionally

7. Meet daily/weekly call targets

Requirements

:

1. Good communication skills

2. Confident, polite, and persuasive

3. Ability to handle rejection and remain positive

4. Basic computer knowledge

5. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is an added advantage

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
