The Tele calling Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to customers, promoting vehicle sales and services, scheduling appointments, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to support dealership sales and service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote new vehicles, offers, and services.
Handle inbound inquiries regarding vehicles, test drives, finance options, and service appointments.
Maintain and update customer database with accurate information.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Schedule test drives and service appointments for customers.
Provide information about vehicle features, pricing, and promotions.
Conduct post-service and post-sale follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints courteously and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams for smooth customer handling.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports and share updates with the team lead or manager.
