The Telecalling Executive is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to promote vehicle sales, follow up with leads, schedule service appointments, provide information on products and offers, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote vehicle sales, service offers, and accessories.
Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding vehicles, pricing, financing options, and after-sales services.
Follow up with walk-in and online leads generated through marketing campaigns and digital platforms.
Maintain customer databases and update records with call details, feedback, and status.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through courteous and professional communication.
Assist the sales/service team by providing customer feedback and appointment details.
Inform customers about new product launches, discounts, and promotional campaigns.
Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and escalate unresolved matters to the concerned department.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Minimum 12th pass / Diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in the automobile industry .
