KMT Silks Textiles is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic

Telecaller

to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for handling inquiries, promoting our products, and providing excellent customer support over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Inform customers about our products, offers, and services. Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries. Maintain customer records and update the database regularly. Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.

Requirements:

Good communication skills Basic computer knowledge. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus. Positive attitude and a team player.
