Telecalling & Front Desk Executive
. The role involves handling student inquiries, supporting admissions, and managing front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls related to ACCA and CMA (US) courses
Counsel students and parents regarding course structure, eligibility, and admissions
Follow up on leads and support the admissions process
Manage walk-in enquiries and front desk coordination
Maintain enquiry records, call logs, and student data
Coordinate with academic and admin teams
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
