Job Description

Responsibilities:

?Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services.

?Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and provide basic product/service information.

?Generate and maintain leads for the sales team.

?Follow up with clients through calls, messages, and emails.

?Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.

?Support the sales and marketing team in client communication.

Requirements:

Good communication in English and Malayalam.

?Basic knowledge of interiors/design industry preferred.

?Ability to handle calls professionally and confidently.

?Prior telecalling/sales experience is an added advantage.

Prefer candidates from Kochin itself

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
