We are looking for a Tele Calling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for customer communication, providing product support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers for onboarding and support
Provide clear guidance on using product features
Resolve customer queries and issues professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
Hindi language knowledge is an added advantage
Basic accounting knowledge preferred
Basic knowledge of computers and mobile applications
Customer-friendly attitude and problem-solving skills
Experience:
Freshers or candidates with prior customer support experience can apply
