As a
Tele Calling Executive
, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, responding to incoming inquiries, and providing information about our services. You will play a key role in building positive relationships with customers and supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
Share basic information about Grandshell Construction's services.
Collect and update customer details in the database.
Schedule appointments or transfer leads to the sales team.
Maintain call records and report daily performance.
Provide excellent customer service with a polite and positive attitude.
Requirements:
Good communication skills (verbal and written).
Comfortable making calls and interacting with customers.
Computer literacy and basic typing skills.
Ability to work responsibly as part of a team.
