We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Telecalling Executive
to contact potential and existing customers over the phone, provide information about products or services, generate leads, and support sales and customer engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound inquiries
Explain company products/services clearly and accurately
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Maintain records of calls, responses, and follow-ups in CRM systems
Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
Ensure a positive customer experience and build long-term relationships
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s)]
Ability to handle rejection and work under targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
Strong listening and persuasion skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
