Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential clients and patients.
Explain Kaigo's home care services and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain customer records, follow-ups, and daily reporting.
Coordinate with the operations team for visit scheduling and updates.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure service satisfaction.
Requirements:
12th pass / Degree preferred.
Good communication skills in Malayalam & basic English.
Telecalling / customer service experience preferred (freshers can apply).
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel, call logs).
Pleasant personality and willingness to learn.
