Job Responsibilities:
Sales Support:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote two-wheeler models.
Explain product features, price, offers, finance options, and exchange schemes.
Generate leads and follow up until conversion.
Schedule showroom visits and test rides for customers.
Maintain customer database and update lead status regularly.
Service Department Support:
Call customers for service reminders (free service, periodic maintenance).
Inform customers about service due dates, offers, and AMC details.
Handle service appointment bookings and rescheduling.
Follow up with customers for service satisfaction and feedback after delivery.
Coordinate with the service team for customer updates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
