The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers over the phone.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in a tele calling or customer support role Fluency in

English, Hindi, and Malayalam

Good listening skills and a polite, professional telephone manner Ability to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, and maintain call quality Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets
