Job Title: Tele calling Executive
Job Summary: Tele callingExecutive is responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with clients to meet revenue targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing products and services.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
Qualifications:
