Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who can handle outbound calls, generate leads, and effectively promote our travel services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers and create interest in our tour packages and services.

Key Responsibilities - Telecaller (Lead Generation)

Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company services. Generate qualified leads for the sales team through effective communication. Explain tour packages, visa services, and other travel offerings in a simple and convincing manner. Maintain a daily calling list and follow up with interested prospects. Update lead status and customer details in the CRM/Excel sheet. Schedule appointments or call-backs for the sales team when required. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets. Maintain professionalism and ensure high-quality customer interactions. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable services. Handle basic customer queries and redirect complex enquiries to the sales team. Build rapport with potential customers to increase conversion chances.

Skills Required

Excellent communication skills (English & Malayalam/Hindi). Good customer handling and follow-up skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM). Pleasant personality and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service (travel industry preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills. Ability to handle outbound calls and generate quality leads. Basic knowledge of travel services (tours, packages, visa support) is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office, email, and basic computer operations. Ability to work under targets and meet daily/weekly call goals. Good listening skills and a positive, customer-friendly attitude. Ability to maintain accurate records and update lead information.
