Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain course details.
Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information regarding training programs.
Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns and counseling sessions.
Maintain and update the lead database on a daily basis.
Convert potential leads into confirmed admissions.
Coordinate with the academic and placement teams for student onboarding.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
