Job Title: Telecalling Executive

Location: Kochi, Kerala

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive who can handle high call volumes and convert leads effectively. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Make 90-100 outbound calls per day to potential customers. Explain products/services clearly and answer customer queries. Generate leads and achieve daily/weekly conversion targets. Maintain call logs, update lead status, and follow up regularly. Build and maintain a good rapport with customers over the phone.

Requirements:

Good communication skills Prior experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service is an added advantage. Ability to handle targets and work under pressure. Basic computer knowledge and ability to update records.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Kalamassery, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
