EduIncept is looking for a proactive Tele-Calling Executive to handle student inquiries, make outbound calls, provide course information, and convert leads into admissions. The first three months will be a probation period, during which the candidate must meet the set targets to secure a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
Explain available courses, universities, and admission procedures clearly and confidently.
Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
Requirements:
Strong communication (English & Malayalam) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle phone conversations confidently.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage.
Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.
