Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries
Provide complete information about products/services
Maintain data of calls and customer interactions
Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets
Handle customer concerns professionally and courteously
Coordinate with internal teams when needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum education: +2 / Graduate (preferred)
Excellent communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Ability to handle calls with patience and professionalism
Prior telecalling/customer service experience is an advantage
