Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and persistent Telecaller to contact prospective and existing customers, promote our [products/services], and support lead generation and customer engagement for [company/organisation] in [industry/sector].

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our [products/services], highlight benefits, and generate interest.

- Respond to inbound calls, address customer queries, and provide accurate information on [products/services].

- Identify customer needs and requirements; pitch relevant offers and guide customers on options and pricing.

- Record and update customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up requirements accurately in the CRM system.

- Follow up with leads and existing customers as per the daily call plan; escalate hot leads to the sales team promptly.

- Maintain a professional and courteous tone; handle objections and rejections positively, and aim for lead conversion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
