Call Center Executive Role Overview (Retail Focus)
We are seeking a
motivated and customer-focused Call Center Executive
to join our team in
Trivandrum
. In this role, you will be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries related to our retail products, store locations, and promotions, and driving customer loyalty and sales.
What you'll do
Customer Interaction:
Call and engage with inbound leads or customers, managing inquiries related to retail products, stock availability, store timings, and after-sales support.
Product Expertise:
Understand customer needs and effectively explain product features, current promotions, and warranty/return policies.
Sales & Conversion:
Convert service inquiries into sales opportunities where applicable (e.g., suggesting related products, promoting membership/loyalty programs).
Issue Resolution:
Efficiently resolve customer complaints or issues related to in-store purchases, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
CRM & Reporting:
Accurately log all customer interactions, track sales pipelines, and update relevant data in the CRM system.
Feedback & Improvement:
Share valuable customer feedback regarding product quality, store experience, and promotional effectiveness with the retail management team.
