Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team at Cloudforest Innovations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the willingness to engage customers and promote our IT and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads.

Explain company products and services clearly and persuasively.

Handle inquiries, share information, and collect feedback.

Maintain and update lead/customer records.

Schedule appointments and follow up on prospects.

Meet daily and weekly calling targets.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication in Malayalam and English (Hindi is an added advantage).

Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM, email handling).

Good listening, persuasion, and time management skills.

Confident, energetic, and self-motivated personality.

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (Any Stream)

Requirements

Must have own laptop

Should be residing in or near Trivandrum
