Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers regarding MC Metro Group's products and services.
Promote
Investment
and
Gold Loan
products effectively to generate leads and appointments.
Maintain a clear understanding of all product features, benefits, and processes.
Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback professionally and courteously.
Record customer details, feedback, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and appointment targets as assigned.
Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams for smooth conversion of leads.
Maintain professionalism and build positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification:
+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in tele calling, tele sales, or customer service preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in handling customer interactions over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
Target-driven and customer-focused attitude.
