We are seeking a confident, customer-focused

Telecalling Executive

to join our dynamic team at our Skin & Hair Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing information about our services, booking consultations, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

outbound calls

to potential and existing clients to promote clinic services (skin, hair, and wellness treatments). Handle

inbound calls

, respond to queries, and provide detailed information about treatments, offers, and packages.

Convert leads

into confirmed appointments by explaining service benefits and addressing client concerns. Maintain and update the

customer database (CRM)

with accurate call and follow-up details. Follow up with clients for appointment reminders, feedback, and re-engagement. Coordinate with the clinic's doctors and front-desk team to ensure a smooth appointment process. Handle customer complaints politely and escalate unresolved issues when required. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly

targets

for lead generation, conversions, and retention. Maintain a professional and empathetic tone while representing the clinic.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
