Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain the company's educational programs and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed information about courses and admissions.
Maintain a database of customer contacts and update call records regularly.
Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Prepare and submit daily progress and performance reports.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in
English and Malayalam
(spoken and written).
Strong persuasion and convincing abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Any Graduate
Experience:
0-2 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply)
