Job Overview
Dakshina Learnings is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven telecallers to handle student inquiries, guide UPSC aspirants about our courses, and convert leads into enrollments. The role involves effective communication, persuasion skills, and a strong understanding of the UPSC examination process.
Responsibilities
Inbound & Outbound Calls:
Call prospective students and provide details about UPSC courses, faculty, batch schedules, and admission procedures.
Answer inquiries received through phone, email, and social media platforms
Lead Management & Conversion:
Follow up with potential leads and assist them in the enrollment process.
Maintain a database of inquiries and track follow-ups using CRM software.
Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
Counseling & Guidance:
Explain the benefits of Dakshina Learnings' UPSC coaching programs.
Address concerns regarding study materials, faculty, and exam preparation strategies.
Provide career guidance related to UPSC and government jobs.
Student Engagement & Support:
Share information about scholarships, special batches, and mentorship programs.
Assist students in completing the admission process and payment formalities.
Provide reminders for important deadlines, tests, and webinars.
Reporting & Feedback:
Maintain daily call logs and provide reports on lead conversions.
Gather feedback from students and suggest improvements for marketing and admissions strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Education
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Certification in communication or sales will be an advantage.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or academic counseling.
Previous experience in UPSC coaching or the education sector is preferred.
Communication & Soft Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam/English
Active listening and the ability to engage with students effectively.
Persuasive skills to convert leads into enrollments.
Technical & Organizational Skills:
Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
