The Telecalling Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain customer satisfaction. The role involves handling outbound and inbound calls, maintaining call records, and achieving assigned sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly and convincingly.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for field sales teams when required.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer objections and resolve complaints effectively or escalate issues to the appropriate department.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotional offers, and company policies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Minimum High School Graduate
Experience:
0-2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience (freshers may apply).
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Persuasive and confident speaking ability
Basic computer and data entry skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
Fluency in [insert languages required, e.g., English, Hindi, regional language]
