Training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound and receive inbound calls to customers. Explain company products and services clearly. Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls. Follow up with leads and assist the sales team. Maintain daily call records and reports.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and listening skills. Positive mindset and willingness to learn. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to work in a team environment.
