We are now launching a new advertising campaign to onboard students nationwide -- and we're looking for enthusiastic telecallers to connect with parents, explain our programs, and help them join the ISC community.
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential leads generated through advertisements, social media, and registration forms.
Explain ISC programs, membership benefits, and course offerings in a clear and engaging manner.
Follow up on inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email to ensure lead conversion.
Maintain accurate lead details, call logs, and conversion status in CRM or Excel sheets.
Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and admissions teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rate.
Provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality to improve marketing strategy.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: +2 / Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in
English and Malayalam
(other regional languages are an advantage).
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support preferred.
Strong convincing skills and ability to handle objections professionally.
Basic computer and smartphone proficiency (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Passionate about education and working with student-focused programs.
