The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, reaching out to potential customers or students, explaining products or services, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-up to achieve assigned targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective leads and explain product/service details.
Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information.
Counsel and guide customers/students regarding courses, services, or offers.
Maintain a follow-up system to ensure conversions.
Record all interactions, feedback, and follow-up details in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales/admission team for timely updates.
Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive customer experience in every call.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Graduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales (freshers can also apply).
Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are a plus).
Good listening and convincing skills..
