The Telecalling Executive will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to support
Apple product sales
through our
authorized dealer network
. The role involves handling customer inquiries, converting online leads, connecting potential customers to nearby dealers, and assisting in marketing campaigns initiated from the distributor side. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a proactive attitude toward achieving telecalling and lead conversion targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle
daily inbound and outbound calls
related to Apple product inquiries and dealer promotions.
Convert
online and marketing leads
into potential walk-ins or confirmed sales through effective communication.
Connect interested customers with the
nearest authorized Apple dealer
and ensure follow-up until closure.
Maintain a strong understanding of
Apple products, offers, and ongoing campaigns
to effectively communicate with customers.
Coordinate with the
dealer sales teams
to provide customer details, track lead status, and ensure timely responses.
Support
marketing and promotional campaigns
from the distributor side, including SMS, WhatsApp, and telemarketing initiatives.
Collect customer feedback and share insights with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
Maintain and update lead databases and daily call reports accurately in CRM or Excel.
Achieve individual and team targets for lead conversions and customer engagement.
Represent the company in a professional manner while ensuring excellent customer experience at all times.
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline.
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
in telecalling, customer service, or telesales (preferably in the electronics or smartphone industry).
Strong communication skills in
English, Malayalam
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and CRM software.
Experience in handling
Apple or premium brand
customer communication will be preferred.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Quick learner with good product knowledge retention.
