Job Description

We are looking for a confident and energetic female Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing product information, and assisting in sales follow-ups for our LED TV showroom.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to prospective customers and promote our TV models and offers. Handle inbound customer enquiries politely and professionally. Explain product details, prices, EMI options, and special promotions. Maintain and update the customer database on a regular basis. Schedule appointments for walk-ins and follow up with potential buyers. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion. Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the concerned department when required. Maintain daily call logs and performance reports.

Requirements:



Female candidates only. Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (HSC) or Graduation. Good communication skills in English and Malayalam (or local language). Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office. Pleasant voice, confident attitude, and convincing ability. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service will be an advantage.
