We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-driven

Telecaller

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via phone calls to promote and sell

cloud solutions

internet services

VoIP

SIP trunking

, and other

telecom products

. Your goal is to generate leads, close sales, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote cloud and telecom services. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions (e.g., cloud hosting, telecom infrastructure). Schedule meetings or product demos for field sales or technical teams, if needed. Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and interactions. Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp until closure. Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
