Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote cloud and telecom services.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions (e.g., cloud hosting, telecom infrastructure).
Schedule meetings or product demos for field sales or technical teams, if needed.
Maintain a database of leads, contacts, and interactions.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or WhatsApp until closure.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information.
