Job Role
Make outbound calls: Contact potential customers to introduce products or services and generate interest.
Handle inbound calls: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve complaints.
Promote products/services: Explain product benefits, features, and pricing to encourage sales or appointments.
Generate leads: Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments.
Maintain records: Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and call outcomes in a database.
Meet targets: Achieve specific sales or call-handling goals
