. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our products/services to customers, and maintain good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services and their benefits clearly in Malayalam and English.
Handle customer inquiries and follow up as needed.
Maintain call records and update the database regularly.
Work with the sales/support team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
Requirements:
Proficiency in
English and Malayalam
(spoken and written).
Good communication and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software preferred).
Positive attitude and customer service mindset.
Minimum qualification: Plus Two (Degree preferred).
Previous telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage.
