Job Description

We are looking for a Telecalling Executive with the same industry experience to join our interior design team. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining our services, and generating leads for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide basic information. Maintain records of calls and client details. Follow up with leads to support the sales team. Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:

Good communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam Minimum 1 Year of experience in telecalling Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM). Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
