Heyday Resorts is seeking a results-driven Telecalling Staff to manage inquiries, close bookings, and exceed targets. You'll provide exceptional customer service, handle client feedback, and maintain strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage Inquiries: Respond to phone and email inquiries, providing accurate information about our properties.
- Close Bookings: Convert leads into bookings, meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
- Client Feedback: Collect and document client feedback to improve services.
- Status Calls: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Platform Handling: Manage online booking platforms, ensuring seamless customer experience.
Requirements- Excellent communication and sales skills
