to join our Skin and Hair Clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, converting inquiries into appointments, following up with clients, and maintaining excellent client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to inform them about clinic services (skin care, hair treatments, etc.)
Handle inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner
Book appointments and schedule follow-ups with dermatologists or trichologists
Explain treatment packages, promotions, and services offered by the clinic
Maintain and update patient records and databases with accurate information
Follow up with potential leads and remind clients of upcoming appointments
Handle basic client complaints or queries and escalate complex issues as needed
Collaborate with front desk and marketing teams for lead management and campaign coordination
Achieve monthly call/appointment conversion targets
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate preferred
Experience:
2+ years in telecalling/customer service, preferably in healthcare, beauty, or wellness sector
Language Proficiency:
Fluent in English and local language(s)
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and polite phone manner
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.)
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
