We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and ensure excellent service. The role involves responding to customer calls/messages, providing accurate information, and maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests effectively.
Provide product/service information accurately.
Maintain customer records and update databases.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
Skills & Requirements:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving ability.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Prior experience in customer support or telecalling is an added advantage.
