Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and persuasive

Telecalling Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about our products/services, resolve queries, and generate interest or sales leads. You should be an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services. Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their queries. Maintain a database of customer information and interactions. Follow up with leads and prospects through calls and emails. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets. Provide accurate information about products/services to customers. Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary. Record all calls and report outcomes to supervisors. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and calling techniques.

Requirements and Skills:



High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in any field is a plus. Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure. Good knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is an advantage. Fluency in (Malayalam, English and Hindi).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
