Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain services.
Handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer queries effectively.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Maintain customer database with updated information.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Report daily call records and feedback to the management.
Assist in promotional and marketing campaigns over calls.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / customer service.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude, patience, and persuasive skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
