Job Description

Education:

Minimum HSC (12th Pass), Graduation preferred

Experience:

1-3 years of experience in telecalling or Relationship Officer roles, preferably in an

NBFC or Microfinance Institution (MFI)



Language Skills:

Proficiency in regional language.

Good communication skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry)

Familiarity with financial products like MF loans, group lending, and personal loans is an added advantage

Experience with collections, loan recovery, or field coordination is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
