Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and persuasive

Telecaller

to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, generating quality leads, and handing them over to the respective Relationship Managers for further engagement.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound cold calls to potential leads from provided databases or sourced contacts. Introduce company services and gather basic client information. Identify interested prospects and hand over warm leads to Relationship Managers. Maintain a daily tracker of calls made, leads generated, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales/relationship team for seamless client handovers.

You Should Have:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in engaging over phone calls. Basic understanding of financial or investment services (preferred but not mandatory). Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
