We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our laptop service center team. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, schedule service appointments, and follow up on service requests.
Key Responsibilities :
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote laptop repair services.
Handle incoming calls and resolve customer queries effectively.
Book service appointments and update customer records.
Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain call logs and service records using internal CRM tools.
Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times.
Requirements :
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry).
Prior experience in telecalling or customer service preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
