Telecalling Executive (Work From Home - Incentive Based)

Telecalling Executives (Freshers)

to work from home. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for guiding students in their academic and career decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle student inquiries through

phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media leads

. Counsel prospective students regarding

courses, admission process, fees, and career pathways

. Follow up with leads consistently and maintain student follow-up records. Assist students in

enrollment, online onboarding, and documentation

. Coordinate with the academic team for student support and updates. Participate in online promotional activities when required (WhatsApp campaigns, sharing reels, etc.).

Skills Required

Good communication skills in

English & Malayalam (Mandatory)

. Confidence in handling calls and guiding students. Basic computer knowledge:

MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM (preferred)

. Ability to work independently and meet monthly admission targets. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Training will be provided by the institution.

Salary & Incentives

No Fixed Salary

Earn
