Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lists. Clearly explain the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally. Maintain a detailed and accurate record of all telephonic interactions and outcomes in the system. Follow up on leads and manage a pipeline of potential customers. Strive to meet and exceed daily and monthly calling targets and sales goals.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education:

Any

Bachelor's Degree

or

12th Pass/Fail

is preffered.

Language:

Prominent Communication Skill in Native Kannada & Hindi (Verbal)

is essential.

Technical:

Basic System Knowledge

(proficiency in using computers, basic MS Office, and Data Entry).

Skill:

Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Active listening skills. A results-oriented and target-driven mindset. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
