Make outbound calls and handle inbound calls professionally
Communicate fluently in multiple languages (as required by the process)
Explain products/services clearly and accurately to customers
Resolve customer queries, complaints, or follow-ups efficiently
Maintain call records and update customer information in the system
Meet daily/weekly call and performance targets
Follow company scripts, policies, and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in English, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, etc.)
Good verbal communication and listening skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred)
Ability to handle customers politely and confidently
Willingness to work in shifts
Preferred Qualifications
Any degree
Prior experience in BPO / Call Center / Customer Support
Sales or telemarketing experience is an added advantage
Ability to handle high call volumes
