Looking for Telecaller (Hospital-Based - Lead Conversion)

Any graduate / PUC Responsible for

hospital-based lead conversion

(inquiries to appointments/admissions) Handling

inbound and outbound calls

related to hospital services Explaining

treatments, consultations, and health packages

clearly to patients Appointment booking, confirmation, and follow-up Coordinating with doctors, front office, and billing teams Maintaining

lead data, call records, and follow-up status

Good communication and

persuasion skills

Languages known:

Kannada, English, and Hindi

Patient-friendly, professional, and result-oriented approach Basic computer and CRM/data entry skills
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
