Telecalling Executive
to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate should be confident, customer-focused, and skilled in engaging prospects over calls to generate conversions and support the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound leads generated through various marketing channels.
Make proactive calls to potential customers to explain products, services, and company offerings.
Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities through effective communication and follow-ups.
Schedule and coordinate appointments between clients and the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, follow-ups, and lead status.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover and timely closure of deals.
Answer client queries, provide information, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Represent the brand professionally and maintain excellent customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any graduation (preferred).
0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is an added advantage.
Good persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
Ability to understand customer needs and respond effectively.
Hardworking, self-motivated, and target-driven.
