Answer inbound calls and assist customers with queries.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversions.
Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
Handle customer objections patiently and professionally.
Provide accurate information and build strong customer relationships.
Forward complex queries to the concerned department.
Prepare and share daily call reports.
