Education:

2nd PUC/ Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

1-3 years of telecalling or customer service experience, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare call center.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls from patients, attendants, and other stakeholders courteously and professionally. Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, patient follow-ups, and service feedback. Provide accurate information about doctors, departments, hospital services, timings, and procedures. Schedule, confirm, or reschedule patient appointments using the hospital management system. Maintain updated records of patient interactions, feedback, and call details. Inform patients about upcoming health check-ups, camps, or hospital promotions (if applicable). Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments to address patient needs and queries. Handle patient complaints or escalate them to the appropriate department when required. Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information as per hospital policy. Achieve call targets, follow-up goals, and maintain service quality standards. Should be flexible with Morning, noon and night shifts.
